At FAKE, we keep it real – no confusion, no hidden stuff. Here’s how shipping works when you order with us.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info.

Shipping Within the Netherlands

  • Standard delivery takes around 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped with trusted carriers to make sure they arrive safe.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times depend on your location, usually between 5–15 working days.

  • Customs or import duties may apply outside the EU. These costs are on you – FAKE is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are shown at checkout.

  • Sometimes we drop free shipping promos – keep an eye on our socials and newsletter.

Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

  • Make sure your shipping info is correct before completing your order. We can’t change addresses once an order is confirmed.

  • If the package comes back to us because of a wrong address or failed delivery, you’ll need to cover the re-shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, hit us up right away at info@fake-worldwide.com with your order number and photos.

  • If your package goes missing after dispatch, we’ll work with the carrier to track it. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier, but we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Check our Returns Policy for how to send items back. Shipping costs for returns are on the customer unless stated otherwise.
