Return Policy – FAKE

At FAKE we stand by what we create. If you’re not feeling your order, here’s how returns work.

Return Window

  • You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

  • After 14 days, we can’t accept returns.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including tags).

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks can’t be returned once opened.

  • If an item comes back damaged, washed, or used, we won’t be able to refund it.

How to Return

  1. Email info@fake-worldwide.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll give you the return instructions.

  3. Send it back to us – shipping costs are on you.

Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll refund you within 10 working days to the same payment method you used.

  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We don’t do direct exchanges. If you want another size or item, return your order for a refund and place a new order through the site.

Faulty or Wrong Item

  • If we messed up or your item is faulty, email us right away with photos. We’ll sort it fast and cover the return costs.
